Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to clients handling coverage questions, policy changes, and service requests.
- Process policy renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits, and cancellations.
- Review policies for accuracy and coverage adequacy.
- Work with our various carriers to obtain quotes and proposals
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems.
Qualifications
- Previous commercial lines insurance experience preferred.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe).
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and policy forms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
