To provide individual and group therapy, evaluation, assessment and diagnosis services to adults, children, and adolescents emphasizing cognitive behavioral and skill-building interventions. Substance Abuse experience a plus.
Requirements: Must be fully licensed LCSW or LCPC. Ability to work as part of a team. Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or co-occurring issues. Helpful if credentialed in substance use disorders.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental health services to children, youths, and families, including assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions (e.g., behavioral therapy, CBT, motivational interviewing) tailored to individual needs and developmental levels.
- Maintain thorough clinical documentation in EMR/EHR, track progress, and adjust plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, monitor safety, and coordinate crisis intervention as needed.
