Shop Helper / Fabrication Assistant
NRK Welding LLC – Saco, ME
NRK Welding is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands and is willing to learn. Immediate openings are available.
Pay: $20–$25/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule:
* Full-time or part-time
* Weekdays and weekends available
* Immediate start
* Position may be temporary, with the potential for continued employment based on workload and performance
Responsibilities:
* Read and accurately use a tape measure
* Assist with welding and fabrication projects
* Cutting, grinding, drilling, and material preparation
* Shop cleanup and organization
* Loading and unloading materials
* Assist with installations and various labor tasks as needed
Qualifications:
* Must be able to read a tape measure
* Welding and fabrication experience is preferred but not required
* Experience using hand and power tools is a plus
* Reliable transportation
* Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
