Ardú Talent is recruiting experienced Oil & Propane Service Technicians on behalf of a well-established, family-owned energy company serving communities throughout Maine and New England.
We are seeking dependable technicians experienced in servicing oil-, propane-, and natural-gas heating equipment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization that values quality workmanship, customer service, and employee development.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot oil- and propane-fired heating systems
- Maintain and repair burners, boilers, furnaces, and related equipment
- Assist with equipment installations, replacements, and upgrades
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
- Explain service findings and recommendations clearly to customers
- Document diagnostics, repairs, and completed maintenance accurately
- Follow applicable safety standards, codes, and company procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Technician License
- At least one year of relevant heating-service experience
- EPA certification
- Propane and Natural Gas License
- Appliance Connection and Service Endorsement
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Basic mechanical aptitude and computer skills
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
- Ability to lift more than 50 pounds independently
- Ability to work extended hours in varying weather conditions
- Availability for after-hours and occasional weekend work
- Professional, dependable, and comfortable working independently
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
