- A Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- A Credentialing background would be favorable, but is not required.
- Having a background that includes working for provider offices or institutions, would be favorable, but is not required.
- Kindness, empathy, and teamwork are all key to what we do.
- Working requests submitted by providers to update their information.
- Communicating with provider via email, and through software. Some phone calls (rarely).
- Working closely with many team members to move provider requests through various stages and quality checks.
- Providing excellent customer service, internally, with our providers, and with our clients.
- A high school diploma.
- Experience and comfort with using technology and software. As well as with learning new software.
- The ability to read and comprehend complex documents.
- MUST be able to easily navigate computers and modern software. Our job uses many complex systems.
- Remote work with occasional travel to the Augusta, Maine facility
- Standard work schedule of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, with limited flexibility as needed
- Direct exposure to leadership and key operational workflows

The pay range for this position is $30,500.00 - $43,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
