As a New Balance Production Associate, you will transform our raw materials into world class footwear with a strong focus on safety and quality. If you are new to manufacturing, don’t worry — we are open to a variety of skillsets and backgrounds, and we are committed to investing in your training to ensure you are set up for success!

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Utilize various tools and machinery to perform your work according to established procedures and processes
- Show initiative to improve your skills, job knowledge, and factory processes
- Take ownership in meeting NB’s quality standards
- Follow NB policies regarding attendance, safety requirements, PPE, and reporting of accidents and near misses
REQUIREMENTS
- We are looking for great teammates with strong work ethics and opened to feedback!
- You should be willing to learn new skills, expand your job knowledge, and adapt to a changing environment
- You need to be able to stand for 8 hours, either sedentary or moving from role to role; lift light to moderate amounts of weight; perform repetitive upper extremity motions and repetitive forceful grip/pinch movement requiring both hands and use of foot pedals on some machines
- You must use personal protective equipment (PPE)
