Job Title: Temporary Customer Service Representative - In-office OR Remote - Located in Saco Maine (Industrial Park). Ideally looking for 3-4 Temporary agents who are searching for full-time or part-time roles. This is a great opportunity to make some extra money for the holiday season!
Tentative Starting/End Date - Monday, November 18th through Friday, January 4th
Seasonal Pay is $18.00 per hour.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our valued customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience while interacting with our brand. The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate assistance via multiple communication channels.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on products, services, and company policies.
2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone calls, emails and live chat, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive company image.
3. Identify and evaluate customer needs to achieve resolution, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance (team lead or Manager).
4. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of company products, services, and promotions to confidently address customer inquiries.
5. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and feedback for internal review and analysis.
7. Resolve customer complaints empathetically and professionally, aiming to exceed expectations and retain customer loyalty.
8. Any additional duties or tasks associated with Maine Lobster Now - This is at the discretion of your supervisor.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
3. The ability to think critically and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
4. Empathy and patience, along with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
5. Proficient with computers. This job will require the representative to in use customer service platforms, CRM software, and Microsoft Office suite.
6. Flexibility to work in a rotating shift schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
