OUR HIRING PROCESS:

- At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with B2B agencies, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our services. This role involves proactive communication, problem-solving, acquiring new business and supporting event organization for agency clients, and strategic planning to open new doors with agencies and maintain long-term partnerships. The role also demands a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously. Your efforts will be crucial in driving business growth through effective relationship-building with the agencies in B2B space.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B agencies: Serve as the primary point of contact for agencies, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Foster a positive and collaborative environment to ensure agency end client satisfaction and retention.
- Outreach and Relationship Building: Perform outreach to B2B agencies, establish initial contact, and build strong relationships to generate new business opportunities with agencies. Identify and pursue new agency partnerships to expand our client base.
- New Business Acquisition: Identify and acquire new agencies we can collaborate with through strategic outreach and relationship-building efforts.
- Event Organization: Assist the team in organizing and managing events for agencies, including in-person meetings, webinars, lunch and learns, etc.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand our services within existing agency accounts. Collaborate with agencies to develop strategies that align with their business goals and drive mutual growth.
- Support Senior Team members in day-to-day activities
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, contributing to the development of targeted outreach strategies.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up communications with potential and existing Agency clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other client management tools.
- Proven experience in client success, sales development, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish and build relationships with potential and existing agencies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Experience in event organization and management is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
