Major Duties (Job Description)
- You will serve in an advanced level cybersecurity position, responsible for leading research, design, development, test, and sustainment activities for Command, Control, Computers, Communication, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance.
- You will serve as a member/cybersecurity lead of an integrated product team (IPT) composed of a multidisciplinary team and will work under the direction of the engineers, scientists, technical specialists, and technical leads.
- You will acquire a working knowledge of business and technical policies, process, methods and techniques used at NIWC.
- You will assign work in team of projects objections and basic priorities and is available for consultation in resolving issues.
- You will review work for accuracy through spot checks, and through observation of the employee work.
Qualification Summary
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or ND-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Lead advanced cybersecurity efforts for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, OR Reconnaissance systems (C4ISR) and IT systems, AND Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on research, design, OR development activities.
