Duties/Responsibilities:
- Low Volume: Fulfilling work on the Audit Sheet, doing all jobs by hand. Understand the different folds, tri, bi and flat. Making sure that all requested inserts are pulled for the correct job. Reading all special instructions on the audit sheet and understanding what is being requested.
- Metering mail on the Pitney and Bowes mail machine.
- Follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each client.
- Assign scanned documents to appropriate digital department depending on client’s requirements.
- Sort, open, and scan client mail and maintain their databases.
- Able to manage large workload, while producing quality work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions and deadlines.
- The ability to switch between scanning and handwork as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong aptitude with office computer programs (i.e., Outlook), navigating websites, etc.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with co-workers and supervisors; visually, orally, and in writing.
- Experienced in scanning documents and operating office equipment (preferred, but willing to train)
- Self-directed, continually looking for ways to improve work, eager to learn and grow.
- Reliable, and have regular and consistent attendance.
- A team player, with a cooperative spirit
- Safety conscious with ability to perform job functions in a safe manner.
- Disciplined in keeping work area clean and neat.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently lift 10-20 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Bend, push and pull carts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
