```Duties```
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions
- Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial statements and reports
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Perform journal entries and general ledger accounting
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
- Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure proper coding of transactions
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data
```Experience```
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts
- Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Sage or similar systems
- Experience with accounts payable, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliation
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
