Jar Co. prioritizes quality. Cultivators put lots of effort into our flower, and pre-roll/ processing specialists make sure that translates into high-quality pre-rolls & packaged products. You'll work independently or as part of a team to meet quality standards. You'll be trained to identify strains and spot quality issues. Must be adaptable and able to produce at least 1400 pre-rolls per shift. Teamwork is important, especially for end-of-shift cleaning. Must be able to take direction from Operations Manager/Department Leads & follow company SOP’s.
Packaging Specialist Responsibilities:
- Be on time and ready to work.
- Give at least 2 hours' notice if you’re late or absent.
- Check in with a Lead before leaving.
- Package various quantities of cannabis flower for stores and orders.
- Follow safety rules.
- Obtain an IIC card upon Job acceptance.
- Keep your workspace clean and organized.
- Team up for cleaning tasks.
Pre-Roll Specialist Responsibilities:
- Same as Packaging Specialist responsibilities, but you'll also:
- Produce as many quality pre-rolls as you can.
- Learn to use all the equipment in the pre-roll room.
Physical Requirements:
- Can handle dried and ground cannabis flower.
- Can sit/stand for long periods and work 10-hour shifts.
- Can lift up to 50lbs.

Pay: $16 - $19 per hour + weekly incentives
