Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician to join our team in providing high-quality substance use disorder services in our outpatient program. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient settings, utilizing various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy and psychotherapy. This role involves working with diverse populations, conducting individual and group counseling sessions, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their treatment needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy and other therapeutic modalities.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to insure best practice approaches.
- Engage clients in telehealth sessions as needed to provide accessible care.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor, LADC.
- Experience in outpatient mental health/SUD settings is preferred.
- Proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy techniques.
- Strong skills in documentation practices.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices for remote counseling.
- Ability to facilitate individual and group counseling sessions effectively.
- Passion for helping individuals achieve their mental health goals through innovative therapeutic approaches.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
