Founded in June 2020, Ramona’s is rooted in Philly-inspired food and a straightforward approach to hospitality: make it good, make it consistent, and make people feel welcome. What You’ll Do
As a Line Cook at Ramona’s, you’ll play a key role in bringing our menu to life every single shift. Working alongside our Kitchen Manager, you’ll prepare and execute menu items with consistency, care, and attention to detail. From prep to serving, you’ll help ensure that every item leaving the kitchen meets our standards for quality, flavor, and presentation.
You’ll move with urgency during service, keep your station clean and organized, and work collaboratively with the kitchen team to keep things running smoothly. This role is essential to creating a seamless guest experience — because when the kitchen operates efficiently and with pride, it shows up in everything that we make.

Position Details:
This is a Full-Time position offering a competitive hourly wage along with participation in an equitable tip pool shared among our service team. Team members also earn paid leave in accordance with the Maine Earned Paid Leave Law and staff dining discounts at both Benny’s and Ramona’s.
