The Role
You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our units in top shape. No two days are the same, but you can expect to handle:
Apartment Turns: Prepping vacant units for new tenants (patching, painting, and detailing).
Plumbing & Electric: Handling the basics—fixing leaks, swapping faucets, replacing outlets, and installing light fixtures.
General Repairs: Troubleshooting appliance issues, fixing door locks, and general carpentry.
Preventative Care: Identifying potential issues before they become expensive headaches.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: Proven track record in residential maintenance or construction.
Problem-Solving: You see a leak or a flickering light and know exactly how to dive in.
Tools & Transport: Must have your own basic hand/power tools and a reliable vehicle.
Professionalism: You’re the face of our company when entering tenant homes; a positive attitude is a must.
