As we expand, we’re looking for a Lead Cleaner who can set the standard for quality and help guide our team.
Role Overview
The Lead Cleaner is responsible for ensuring every property is cleaned to the highest standard while supporting and mentoring other cleaners. This role is ideal for someone who loves cleaning, thrives on organization, and enjoys taking ownership of their work.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform high‑quality residential cleaning, deep cleaning, and move‑in/move‑out services, and vacation rental turnovers with laundry services
· Lead by example and uphold company cleaning standards
· Train and support new team members
· Communicate professionally with clients and office staff
· Track supplies, report issues, and ensure equipment is well maintained
· Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on schedule
· Provide feedback to management to improve processes and client satisfaction
Qualifications
· 2+ years of professional cleaning experience (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
· Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
· Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
· Excellent communication and time‑management skills
· Positive attitude and strong work ethic
