Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Head of Cultivation to oversee our indoor facility. This role manages two flower rooms (48 lights total) and one veg room (18 lights). The ideal candidate has proven experience running multi-room facilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to lead a cultivation team with accountability and pride.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily plant care from clone to harvest.
- Manage feed schedules, irrigation cycles, and environmental controls.
- Maintain consistency across rooms using data-driven crop steering techniques.
- Implement and enforce strict cleaning SOPs and sanitation logs.
- Track environmental data, nutrient recipes, and grow logs.
- Coordinate harvest scheduling with processing and packaging team.
- Manage supply inventory and maintain an organized facility.
- Supervise cultivation staff, conduct quality-control walkthroughs, and train on SOPs.
- Ensure HVAC, lighting, and irrigation systems operate optimally.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing multi-room indoor cannabis cultivation.
- Proven track record with crop steering, irrigation management, and environmental tuning.
- Deep understanding of cleanliness, sanitation, and pest prevention.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams with clear communication and accountability.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time
