Job Description
- Perform general building maintenance and minor facility repairs
- Maintain exterior grounds including mowing, trimming, and seasonal cleanup
- Assist with snow removal and parking lot maintenance during winter months
- Inspect facility for maintenance needs and address issues as they arise
- Maintain lighting, doors, fixtures, and common areas
- Assist Maintenance Manager with maintaining and troubleshooting machines
- Support general upkeep of the manufacturing facility to ensure a safe working environment
Prerequisites:
- Previous maintenance, facilities, or property maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Ability to perform physical work indoors and outdoors
- Reliable, self motivated, and able to work independently
