Lambs is looking to hire a floor manager to operate our busy bar. The space is located by the Casco Bay Bridge and offers seating for 68 inside and 105+ waterside seats on the Fore River looking out at Portland. We are very much a neighborhood bar. Our neighbors come to Lambs for our thoughtful, comfortable and clean atmosphere, our sweet and diverse staff, and an excellent bar program.

We are also seeking a lead bartender and bartenders.
Lead Bartender:
Cocktail bartending experience is required for the lead bartender role. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to bartending, inventory, batching and prep, opening and closing the bar as well as closeout day duties.
Bartender: We are seeking bartenders with cocktail experience though training is available for those who have server and barback experience.
Experienced bartenders are welcome to apply, but we are also looking for enthusiastic servers and/or barbacks interested in learning the basics of cocktail building while expanding their knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits.
Lambs also hosts a variety of special events and pop-ups, so schedule flexibility and Friday/Saturday availability is a must!
