We are seeking a high-energy, professional Front of House Manager to lead our dining room operations. You will be responsible for ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience while leading a team of servers, hosts, and bartenders. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate FOH staff; manage daily scheduling and performance.
Guest Excellence: Oversee dining room flow, resolve guest concerns immediately, and ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Operations: Coordinate with the kitchen (BOH) for timely service; manage FOH inventory (linens, bar stock, supplies).
Standards & Safety: Maintain 100% compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations; conduct regular floor inspections.
Efficiency: Optimize table turnover and seat management to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous supervisory experience (FOH Manager or Assistant Manager) in a high-volume restaurant. Wine and craft cocktail knowledge is preferred.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in POS systems, restaurant management software, and RESY.
Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication, and a "customer-first" mentality.
Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
