Responsibilities
As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience. Your primary responsibilities include:
Client Care: Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, setting the tone for their entire visit. Deliver outstanding service in person, over the phone, via email, direct messages, and online chat.
Appointment Management: Assist in managing and scheduling client appointments to ensure an organized flow throughout the day.
Inventory and Shipping: Help manage inventory and facilitate the shipping of products to clients. This involves keeping product shelves clean and well-stocked.
Environment Maintenance: Collaborate with the team to maintain a pristine and welcoming environment, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
Passion for Skincare: Demonstrated interest and enthusiasm for the skincare and wellness industry.
Outgoing and Detail-Oriented: Ability to engage with clients warmly and attend to details meticulously.
