Scope of Work:
- Full turnover cleaning of condominium units between guest stays
- Routine housekeeping services as needed
- Maintaining cleanliness standards across multiple unit types
- Coordinating with property management regarding scheduling and priorities
- No stayover service required
- No bed-making responsibilities
- Consistent turnover-based work without daily guest interaction
- Streamlined cleaning scope focused on vacant units only
Schedule:
- Variable schedule based on occupancy and seasonal demand
- Must be flexible and responsive to changing turnover needs
Compensation:
- Estimated annual revenue: $30,000 – $40,000
- Cleaning rates are pre-set per unit type (rates will be provided upon inquiry)
Requirements:
- Established cleaning company (preferred, but not required)
- Ability to manage multiple units and schedules efficiently
