Hunting, Dearborn Division is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Work Order Administrator to join our team in Fryeburg, ME. The Work Order Administrator will provide administrative support for a select group of Project Managers regarding executing planned schedules.

Responsibilities
- Support throughput goals through excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and demonstrating a collaborative, positive work environment.
- Produce work results within established standards of quality and quantity along with strong focus on customer service and timeliness, both individually and with the team.
- Complete administrative tasks for serialization of parts, shipping, and outside vendor purchase orders.
- Review release list weekly and prep release paperwork.
- Initiate shipping paperwork.
- Deliver manufacturing paperwork according to schedule.
- Scan and file process sketches/work instructions electronically.
- Review and maintain accuracy of closed operations on work orders.
- Scan required documents into document management system.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. 1-2 years preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 1-3 years preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Must be organized with strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to quickly identify changes and/or mistakes in typed documents.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Maintain efficient work habits, including attendance, punctuality, safety, and appropriate use of resources.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Promote a positive work environment by developing and maintaining healthy internal and external relationships. Open to feedback and sensitive to others.
- Other requirements: Must be eligible for employment in the United States.
