Youth and Family Outreach is Hiring!
Youth and Family Outreach (YFO) is a nationally accredited, nonprofit early care and education organization dedicated to supporting children and families through high-quality programming rooted in equity, inclusion, and community. We serve a diverse population of families—many of whom are navigating poverty, language barriers, and housing insecurity—and are committed to ensuring that all children and caregivers have access to safe, nurturing environments and the resources they need to thrive.
Through early childhood education, family support programming, and our planned expansion to include affordable housing and a comprehensive Family Resource Center, YFO works to address the systemic barriers that impact long-term stability and opportunity for families in our community.
YFO is seeking a Program Coordinator to join our thriving organization.
Position Summary
The Program Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of YFO’s programming and ensuring that children, families, and staff have access to the resources and supports needed for success. This position works collaboratively across teams to coordinate services, strengthen communication with families, and help implement initiatives that promote program quality, family engagement, and community connection.
The Program Coordinator is both a relationship-builder and systems-thinker—someone who can attend to logistical details while keeping the broader mission of family stability and child wellbeing at the forefront.

This includes maintaining accurate program records and enrollment documentation, assisting with scheduling and logistical planning, and supporting internal systems that track participation and outcomes. Staff Support
The Program Coordinator works collaboratively with program leadership and staff to support a positive, well-functioning team environment. This includes assisting educators and support staff with access to resources, helping to coordinate trainings, workshops, and partner-led services, and supporting staff engagement with families in culturally responsive ways.
