Accountabilities
- Partner closely with executive leadership to develop and champion the company’s Business Strategy.
- Engage with clients and industry players to identify emerging needs and translate them into actionable opportunities.
- Coordinate cost-benefit analysis and evaluate new product offerings for scalability and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with Technology and Risk partners to implement AI solutions that enhance growth.
- Deliver executive-level presentations to communicate strategic initiatives and business goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation and development within the organization.
- Stay ahead of technology trends and assess potential tools for organizational benefit.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Financial Services and/or Capital Markets; Mortgage industry experience highly desired.
- Proficient understanding of mortgage securitization processes.
- Demonstrated experience in Business and Product Development or Strategy Execution.
- Experience leveraging AI for product innovation.
- 10+ years of experience in People Management.
- Strong relationship-building skills with industry participants.
