This key leadership role is responsible for providing visionary and operational guidance within a technology-focused organization. By fostering cross-functional collaboration and implementing strategic initiatives, the AVP will ensure that technology efforts align with critical organizational objectives. The role involves creating a unified technology roadmap, managing multi-workstream programs, and enhancing operational efficiencies. Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain an integrated Technology–Product roadmap aligned to strategic initiatives.
- Lead enterprise-wide technology programs across multiple teams and functions.
- Design and implement a unified intake process for technology requests.
- Facilitate coordination among various technology leadership teams.
- Prepare executive-level technology communications and presentations.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in strategy, operations, or program leadership roles.
- Proven track record in developing and executing technology strategies.
- Strong leadership experience in cross-organizational settings.
- Expertise in program governance and compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical information.
