Accountabilities
- Draft, generate, interpret, negotiate, and manage agreements, including those incorporating U.S. Government contracting requirements.
- Review, interpret and process internal requests submitted by Strategic Business Units to support business objectives.
- Conduct terms summary analysis to support risk identification and mitigation.
- Communicate contractual issues to internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Maintain documentation and archival of contract artifacts.
- Support cross-team collaboration for tool development and continuous improvement.
- Participate in internal/external discussions to support business goals.
Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
- U.S. citizenship is required for access to contract information.
- Prior experience in contract administration and interpretation.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English to various organizational levels.
