IG Transportation Inc is a growing trucking company based in Addison, Illinois. We operate three yards and two shops and support a fleet of 470 trucks on the road.
We are currently hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers based in Rumford, MA and surrounding areas for a dedicated lane.
Primary lane: Rumford, MA → Midwest + Additional runs as connectors.

PAY & EARNINGS (Choose between W-2 or 1099 compensation!)
Option 1: Cents Per Mile (Conestoga/Flatbed)
24+ months CDL experience : 90 CPM (1099), 75 CPM (W-2)
Option 2: Percentage of Gross (Conestoga/Flatbed)
12 months CDL experience : 32% (1099) + Loyalty Bonus - 1% each year (up to 3 years), 28% (W-2) + Loyalty Bonus - 1% each year (up to 3 years)
Option 1: Cents Per Mile (Dry Van)
24+ months CDL experience : 72 CPM (1099), 65 CPM (W-2)
Option 2: Percentage of Gross (Dry van)
12 months CDL experience : 30% (1099) + Loyalty Bonus - 1% each year(up to 3 years), 26% (W-2) + Loyalty Bonus - 1% each year (up to 3 years)
Referral Program
Bring in qualified drivers and get paid for a full year.
Earn 1% of the referred driver’s gross for 12 consecutive months.
Minimum Qualifications:
SAP drivers not accepted
No DUIs within the past 7 years
No more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years of driving history
