Hiring for the upcoming spring-fall season. This position would be a seasonal Assistant Manager. Our season is from April-October, but if it's a good fit would keep you on for future seasons. This job is mostly outdoors and there is a good amount of physical labor involved. We have a driving range and mini golf course. Our driving range is our biggest draw and needs the most attention. This includes ball collection, cleaning the balls and refilling the golf ball dispenser. The ideal candidate would be interested in learning the ins and outs of running a small business. This job would entail managing a small staff of younger, mostly high school students. This candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and able to delegate to staff to ensure the day-to-day tasks are completed. There should be care in keeping the space organized and tidy. Ideally great with technology and social media. Willingness to learn with excellent communication skills. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues as well as providing excellent customer service. Must have weekend and evening availability.
