Job Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and organized Office Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is primarily responsible for managing incoming calls, assisting visitors, and handling basic administrative tasks to keep the office running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors
- Contact customers, vendors, and other contacts on behalf of the Service Coordinators and connect them as appropriate
- Perform general administrative tasks including printing, filing, and organizing documents
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area
- Provide day-to-day support to team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Ability to multitask and stay focused in a busy environment
- Adaptable and able to adjust quickly to changes in schedule and priorities
- Reliable and punctual
