Hello! Our dental office is looking for a highly skilled, personable dental hygienist to join our staff. Our office prides itself on treating each patient with a high level of care, comfort, and service. We are a family practice known for a genuine approach and quality work.
We are a two female doctor practice with four other hygienists, and we are looking for a team player who enjoys working along with others. We have many long time patients but are also accepting new ones, and our new hygienist will see a mix of patients for both doctors. We are looking for someone who is the right fit for our office, and we want to be the right fit for them.
We offer employer paid health insurance, generous 401k contributions (3% Safe Harbor plus profit sharing), paid family and medical leave, and incentive based pay (base wage plus % of production, with guaranteed minimum). The pay range shown here represents from a minimum to a production driven estimate.
Our hygienists have their own operatories and instruments, and schedule their own patients' next visits to promote continuity of care. Each of our current hygienists has developed a loyal following, and that kind of repeat quality care is very important to us. We are open to hiring anyone from a new graduate to an experienced professional.
