Carpenter – Residential Construction (New Homes & Additions)
Office in Sabattus, ME (projects are primarily south of Lewiston/Auburn)
$26-31/hour (based on experience) over-time available,401K, PTO
Overview:
ABLE TRADES is hiring a Carpenter to join our Building Division, working on new home construction and additions.
This is a hands-on role for someone with solid construction experience who is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work within a structured team under a crew leader.
What You’ll Do
• Assist with framing, trim, and general carpentry tasks
• Install doors, windows, siding, flooring, and finishes
• Follow plans and direction from crew leader
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently

• Construction or carpentry experience required
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow direction and work within a team
• Attention to detail and pride in work
• Physically capable of full-time field work
