Job Summary
We are looking for a part time retail associate at Morses Sauerkraut. We are hiring for Friday & Saturday's from 8:30-4:30 from June trough December. Morse's is an energetic environment where you'll engage with customers, create displays to showcase our delicious products. Looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working in a grocery store setting, assisting customers, managing sales transactions & merchandising shelves.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping experience
Operate a cash register efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
Assist with merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are attractively presented
Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment to keep the store well-stocked and inviting
Use communication skills to answer customer questions, provide product recommendations, and promote special offers
Uphold phone etiquette when handling inquiries or taking orders over the phone, ensuring clear and friendly communication
Experience
Prior experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is great but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Demonstrated strong communication skills, positive attitude, and excellent customer service orientation are essential for success
