Needed skills:
Solid, well-rounded carpentry knowledge
Able to work with an apprentice
Building science knowledge a plus, but an interest is a must.

Paid holidays, health insurance, vacation, sick/weather and lunchtimes (300 hrs/year). 4-day work week, M-Th.
Have not had a forced day off in over a decade. All work within 20 minutes of Portland.
