Are you an experienced call center leader looking for a remote-first position with regional travel in NH and Maine?
Our client, a national home services company, is looking to add a Call Center Manager to help oversee the call center teams and technology for their team in Northern New England. In this role, you will be responsible for management of daily operations, ensuring technology is utilized to its potential, team members are well-organized and productive, and issues are effectively and efficiently resolved, promoting a culture of efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
This position is open to candidates in New Hampshire and Maine. The position is remote but will require regional travel.
This position is Monday through Friday and will require some Saturdays.
Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
Requirements
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree and 4+ yrs call center management experience
OR
- Associate's Degree and 6+ yrs call center management experience
Required Skills
- Proficiency with various call center technology, including software applications and phone systems
- Strong coaching and leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees
- Active Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
