Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. We provide training for those who are interested in learning. The ideal candidate will have a strong food preparation and production background, focusing on creating high-quality baked goods. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to food safety standards. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing various baked items, including pastries, cakes and bars.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a wide range of products including , pastries, cakes, and other desserts.
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Organize finished products for display and adjust item count on the POS.
- Assist in catering orders as needed, providing high-quality baked goods for events.
- Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and improve existing offerings.

- Requirements
- Experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred but we can train the right candidate.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Knowledge in food preparation techniques and equipment operation.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining the space clean and organized.
- Ability to communicate needs with team members.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
