We are looking for a people person with strong communication and organization skills to join our growing property management company. Experience as a property manager is a plus but not required. An ideal candidate would be someone who enjoys helping people and working in the real estate field. The job of a property manager is never boring and every day is different with a nice balance between office and field work.
The candidate would manage the day to day operations of our condominium associations. This would include responding to property maintenance requests, overseeing vendors and maintenance team members that service our properties, property site visits and attending board meetings.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills (knowledge of Google Workspace encouraged)
- A automobile and driver’s license to travel to properties
