Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking highly competitive, disciplined, and entrepreneurial sales professionals who thrive in performance-driven environments.
Ideal candidates demonstrate:
- Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, business development, or high-ticket closing.
- Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence communicating with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- The ability to independently generate and close sales opportunities.
- Exceptional self-discipline, resilience, and personal accountability.
- A willingness to travel nationally at least 120 days annually.
- Comfort working autonomously in unfamiliar markets.
- The physical ability to perform commercial rooftop inspections, with reasonable accommodations as required by law.
- A genuine desire to pursue exceptional financial success.
Previous roofing experience is not required.
Your Background Doesn’t Define Your Earning Potential.
Our leadership team has successfully trained and developed high-income sales professionals from a wide variety of backgrounds, including real estate agents, HVAC sales professionals, teachers, law enforcement officers, military veterans, coaches, ministers, engineers, and former collegiate athletes.
Many entered the industry with no previous roofing or restoration experience.
Through intensive training, a structured sales process, ongoing mentorship, and a commitment to consistent execution, these individuals developed the skills necessary to achieve extraordinary financial success.
We don’t require you to know commercial roofing. We require you to bring the work ethic, discipline, competitive drive, and willingness to learn. We’ll teach you the business.
This Position Is Not for Everyone.
This opportunity is not designed for individuals seeking inbound leads, minimal travel, limited physical activity, or a traditional office-based sales position.
Success requires relentless prospecting, the ability to handle rejection, personal accountability, physical effort, and the discipline to work independently.
Average effort will not produce extraordinary income.
We’re looking for individuals willing to do what others won’t to achieve what others can’t.

The Opportunity — Create Business. Close Business.
This is a 100% cold-calling, self-generated outside sales position, supported by an intensive, structured training program and a proven sales process developed through decades of commercial restoration experience.
We provide the tools, techniques, scripts, and ongoing mentorship necessary to navigate the entire sales cycle—from initial prospecting and relationship development to presenting solutions, overcoming objections, and closing large commercial contracts.
You will be responsible for creating your own opportunities, but you will never be expected to figure out how to succeed on your own.
The company specializes in commercial roofing and exterior restoration following major hail and wind events across the United States.
Sales executives travel nationally to storm-impacted markets, identify commercial properties, build relationships with building owners, inspect roofing systems, and secure large commercial restoration contracts.
Your success will depend on your ability to consistently execute the sales process, create opportunities, develop relationships, and close business.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cold calls and face-to-face prospecting.
- Identify commercial properties potentially impacted by severe weather.
- Build relationships with commercial property owners and decision-makers.
- Perform commercial roof inspections.
- Present restoration solutions and secure signed agreements.
- Manage large commercial sales opportunities from prospecting through contract execution.
- Follow a proven, structured sales process with consistent activity and accountability.
- Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and consistent follow-up.
- Work independently while collaborating with experienced leadership and operational teams.
National Travel — 120+ Days Annually
This position requires a minimum of 120 days of national travel annually.
All approved business travel expenses are covered, including:
- Round-trip airfare.
- Hotel accommodations.
- Ground transportation and fuel.
- Daily food per diem.
- Return flights home every weekend.
You will be home every weekend.
Four Weeks in the Field. One Week Working from Home.
The active selling season generally runs from mid-January through the end of October.
Sales executives follow a structured rotation of four weeks working in active markets, followed by one week working remotely from home.
During field weeks, you will travel to markets during the workweek and return home on weekends.
During your remote week, you will continue prospecting by phone, sending emails, following up with clients, and managing your pipeline without traveling.
Extended Seasonal Non-Deployment
From approximately November through mid-January, sales executives are generally not deployed to active markets.
This schedule provides an uncommon opportunity to spend extended time at home during the winter months.
Specific work expectations and compensation arrangements during this period will be explained during the interview process.
Physical Requirements — Commercial Roofing Only
This is a physically demanding outside sales position that requires regular rooftop access.
The company specializes in commercial roofing, not traditional residential roofing.
Approximately 99% of the roofs inspected are flat or low-slope commercial roofing systems. Sales executives are not routinely expected to walk steep residential pitched roofs.
However, commercial buildings can be tall, and candidates must be comfortable working at height.
Candidates must be physically capable of:
- Carrying, handling, and setting up a 28-foot extension ladder.
- Safely climbing a 28-foot extension ladder.
- Accessing and walking elevated commercial roofing systems.
- Navigating rooftop equipment and obstacles.
- Working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Following all required ladder, rooftop, and fall-protection safety procedures.
All rooftop work must be performed in accordance with applicable safety requirements. Flat commercial roofs still present fall hazards. Reasonable accommodations will be considered for qualified applicants as required by law.
The Opportunity to Change Your Financial Future.
There are very few careers where exceptional sales ability, relentless determination, and the right opportunity can create this level of earning potential without an advanced degree or substantial personal financial investment.
We believe exceptional performers deserve exceptional compensation.
The American Dream is alive and well for those willing to work for it.
If you’re ready to compete, travel, prospect, close, and pursue life-changing income, we want to hear from you.
