PCN is looking for someone who can expertly manage a growing, busy, 20+ employee Chiropractic Neurology and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy practice. Looking for a strong leader with great communication skills who can maintain healthy operations and flow on a daily basis. Someone who has a patient(client) first mentality and is committed to a great patient experience from first impression to released from care!!
Looking for someone who will take care of the practice. Not someone we have to take care. Self/starter and willing to put the practices on their shoulders. Willingness to learn and understand the needs of the practice, financial, clinical, internal and external marketing, HR, growth.
A manager who has a desire to form healthy relationships with our patients and staff. Someone who has a patient first mentality and wants to see our patients succeed in their health and overall experience. Whether it's their financial, insurance, or just a friendly hello or conversation, a smooth experience from start to finish is a must.
- Working manager - ability to hop in front desk if vacation or short staffed - be involved in answering the phone to connect with patients
- Daily reports to you on what is going on - with staff, scheduling etc
- Revenue driven - Weekly monitoring of NP and schedule - work daily with FD/financial staffing
- Morning staff 5 min meeting PRIOR to seeing patients - Motivate staff on plan , positive feedback and one thing to help them grow
- A manger who can show they have managed a large group of 5 -10 providers
- Manager who has stayed at last job longer than 2 years
- Personality matters as you will be directly involved with your staff and patients
- Manager who can show they have grown a practice in size and revenue
- People person/relationships manager, strong leadership skills, consistent, reliable, business background and skills, MBA/MHA, HR, active role at FD and on floor (not a behind the door kind of role)
A person with excellent team leadership and employee management skills is essential. We have a strong foundation, and we are looking for a person who can handle daily, weekly, monthly, quarter, and yearly business management. Someone who understands insurance, handles HR (payroll (we use ADP), benefits, etc..), policy, procedure, accounting/financials, etc. QuickBooks and Microsoft suite experience is necessary.
We need someone who can integrate our vision through employee management and handling all business and daily office needs.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Knowledge and understanding of financials including QuickBooks, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to read, interpret and apply policies and procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to effectively interact with patients as well as all members of the staff.
- Maintain a professional demeanor even under stressful situations.
- Actively involved with insurance billing and management of billing staff.
- Capable of understanding our EHR with proficiency.
Education, Experience and Knowledge Qualifications:
- Degree in Healthcare Administration/Management preferred.
- MBA/MHA welcomed
- Medical insurance/billing experience (required).
- Experience managing a healthcare office and knowledge of regulations such as HIPAA.
- Experience in a supervisory position
- Experience with human resources
- Experience working as a team member and performing all aspects of admin practice and business needs.
