Every day, students around the world attend Mathnasium learning centers to boost their math skills. We teach math in a way that makes sense to students in 1st grade through high school.

Position Overview
The candidate will possess proven leadership, relational, and organizational skills to successfully help manage a learning center:
- customer service,
- sales / parent relationship-building, and
- instructional / educational leadership.
Responsibilities
Build rapport with students / parents and effectively convey the benefits of Mathnasium and our commitment to Math success.
Help manage a team of Instructors to deliver instruction that aligns with Mathnasium methodology in a fun, welcoming environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years related experience (sales, management, and/or education).
Proven excellent problem-solving and communication skills including tact and diplomacy.
Collaborative leadership: ability to train and engage staff as well as delegate responsibilities.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Have a love for math and enthusiasm for working with children!
More Details
This is a part-time position with significant upside potential going forward, both in compensation and scope of responsibilities. Initial hourly rate is $19 - $20. Potential for full-time for the right candidate.
The typical hours would be 2pm - 7:30pm Monday through Thursday, and 1pm to 6pm on most Sundays.
