We are working with our client Advanced Building Products in seeking an Administrative Sales Assistant to work onsite in their Sanford, Maine office.
Requirements of the Administrative Sales Assistant:
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills to create various reports.
- Ability to work onsite fulltime 8am-5pm in Sanford, Maine.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Sales Assistant:
- Answer incoming calls.
- Process incoming orders.
- Utilize Excel to create sales reports.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales and potentially attend trade shows.
- Contribute to projects including organizing data for online and social media blasts and organizing and sending sample packages to sales team, customers, and prospects.
