Our team is in pursuit of a new Sales Associate to foster the growth we have seen this year with a renewable energy and community solar farm. The Sales Associate will represent our clients with transparency, professionalism and honesty. The core function of the Sales Associate is to educate local community members on the benefits of community solar farms, renewable energy service options and process enrollment requests. Our Sales Associates are known for achieving established goals, identifying and analyzing problems as well as offering solutions that produce positive results.
The Day-to-Day Responsibilities of a Sales Associate:
- Become an expert in community solar farms and our client’s renewable energy initiative
- Communicate with customers on available renewable energy options offered by a local community solar farm
- Process enrollment requests and follow customer confidentiality regulations while completing orders
- Work within a team environment to achieve sales performance goals
- Assist in driving the customer service team to reach sales quotas by delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Travel locally within a thirty-mile radius to meet with customers alongside another Sales Associates
Sales Associate Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong business acumen along with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to lead, manage conflict and hold others accountable
- Prioritize tasks appropriately whether it’s within a team on individually
- Delegate tasks as needed to team members
- Experience within customer service, sales-based or management environment are all qualities we see as an asset
