**Position:** Production Training Coordinator
**Location:** Westbrook, Maine
**Business Unit:** Infectious Disease Developed Markets
**Role Overview:** In this role, you will provide administrative support to the production team to produce quality products, seek continuous improvement, and achieve established goals and targets for safety, quality, and productivity.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Work closely with the Operations Trainer to ensure all training objectives are met and support priority projects.
+ Coordinate and facilitate training needs and documentation.
+ Accurately maintain all paper and electronic training records.
+ Present training sessions.
+ Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
+ Develop and improve training tools to effectively train staff.
+ Assist in the facilitation of orientation training and functions that support the onboarding of new employees.
+ Comply with established business policies.
+ Exhibit professional behavior with both internal and external business associates, reflecting positively on the company.
+ Understand and be aware of the quality consequences that may occur from improper performance of specific job duties.
+ Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
**Education and Experience:**
**Required:**
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
+ 3+ years’ experience in a professional environment.
+ Prior experience using CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and techniques.
+ Prior experience providing training.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications – Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
**Preferred:**
+ Associate’s degree or higher from a college or technical school in manufacturing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Comprehensive understanding of operational excellence/lean principles and applications.
+ Comprehensive understanding of medical device manufacturing.
+ Literacy and comprehension of standard operating procedures and manufacturing documents such as work orders, batch records, and bill of materials.

The base pay for this position is $57,300.00 – $114,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
