We are seeking a reliable and friendly Host/ Bus person join our team. This is a part-time position Wednesday through Saturdays. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
-Answering the phone, taking reservations, and directing calls to the proper person
-Seating guests
-Bussing and resetting tables
-Keeping the dining room tidy
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Reservation POS or other restaurant point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette is desirable
- A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
