Job Description:
We are hiring a Business Analyst to join our project team. The Project Management Office is looking for individuals to join the PMO as a resource to be assigned as needed. Assignment can be with any department within the state of Maine, dependent on need. You will report directly to the project management office. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. As a key contributor to the State of Maine Workday implementation it is imperative that you establish high quality standards and lead by example.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring/Supporting/Researching Data Quality/Data Cleanup with Stakeholders
Data Validation
Ticket Management (JIRA)
Eliciting, analyzing, documenting, validating, and communicating business requirements
General project documentation (i.e. meeting notes, drafting proposals)
General support through testing phases: researching issues, providing guidance on defect resolution
Other Project Support tasks as identified
Required Skills:

Proficient with Excel (VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, concatenations, etc.)

Required Education:
Bachelor's degree
