Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within our service department, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication between customers and service technicians. Prior experience in a similar role is required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prioritize service appointments and schedules for technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide updates on service status as well as following up after the appointment.
- Assist Service Technicians by providing necessary information regarding equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Provide Purchase Orders for Service Technicians and list all items.
- Quote Parts, Repairs, and Equipment Replacement on occasions when needed - 24 hr. turn around on these - See Service Estimate/Quote Procedure.
- Follow up on open PO's and equipment orders.
- Input New Customers Data - Contact, Billing info and Equipment.
- Review Work Orders - for Billing Purposes (within 2 weeks of completed work.) Submit to Service Manager for Review.
- Print Weekly / Monthly Open Held Work Orders for Billing (PM / T&M / SJ) and Warranty Work Orders for Service Manager's Review.
- Set up PM Contracts & Equipment Tasks.
- Enter new equipment, filter/belt info. Etc. that is provided by Service Techs.
- Maintain Data Integrity for Customer Equipment and Supplies.
- Provide Personnel support for Construction / Roofing / Sheet Metal.
- Provide tablet training to Service Techs.
- Continually look for, identify & communicate opportunities for productivity & quality improvement.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Coordinator: 1 year (Preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
