Summary:
The Manager of Laboratory System Customer Solutions is responsible for system-wide management providing, centralization and standardization of customer solutions and support across all regions.. Acts as client support liaison interfacing with clients, sales, and other departments and sites. Drives performance system-wide to meet departmental goals aligned with the strategic goals.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
1. Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred 2. License/Certifications: Drivers license required. Must be able to travel among company sites. 3. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of previous supervisory or managerial experience preferred 4. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. 5. Experience with laboratory systems and specimen collection preferred.
