DUTIES:
Maintain the Accounts Payable (AP) System.
Process invoices including vendor payments.
Assist in documentation of daily accounts receivable deposit.
Work with Accounts Receivable staff, log cash receipts in Excel daily.
Assist with Representative Payee record-keeping.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred. Prior Microsoft Experience with an emphasis on Excel.
