Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated B2B Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our business development initiatives and enhancing brand visibility across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, is skilled at targeting key prospect groups, and can effectively coordinate various marketing efforts to support our sales team and business objectives globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Targeted Prospecting & Outreach: Identify, research, and target key business groups to generate leads and secure meetings for our sales team. This includes coordinating effective email outreach and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Digital Marketing & Website Optimization: Work closely with our website developer to identify and implement opportunities for SEO improvement, manage AdWords campaigns, and optimize other digital marketing efforts to boost online visibility.
- Tradeshow Coordination: Organize and manage company participation in industry tradeshows, ensuring materials, presentations, and follow-ups are aligned with our marketing and sales goals.
- Brand Awareness & Advertising: Develop and execute strategies to expand brand awareness, including creating and placing print advertisements and submitting content for trade publications.
- Social Media Campaigns: Manage and execute LinkedIn campaigns to reach targeted B2B audiences, foster engagement, and establish our company as a thought leader in our industry.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with day-to-day efforts, including lead qualification, CRM management, and optimizing areas within the sales process for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Familiarity With:
- LinkedIn for B2B outreach and engagement
- SEO principles and best practices
- WordPress content management and basic website adjustments
- B2B sales processes and CRM systems
- Google Analytics
- Education & Experience:
- Associate's Degree or higher, or equivalent professional experience in B2B marketing
- Previous experience in a B2B marketing role, with a proven track record of lead generation and brand growth is a plus
Additional Requirements:
- Location: Based in Portland, ME, with a willingness to work onsite; remote work may be considered after an initial training period.
- Compensation: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
