Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, amenities, and restrooms
- Perform groundkeeping duties, such as mowing, trimming, and removing trash and debris
- Respond to on-call maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and patching walls
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues
- Assist with preparing units for move-in, including cleaning and making minor repairs
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in on-site apartment maintenance or construction/trades is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
- On-call availability, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
